Terms

  • Geo-Messages (gem for short) – targeted, location-specific messages created by GoGeoFeee
  • Listeners – users who download the APP and receive Geo-Messages
  • Authors – users who elect to create Geo-Messages using the goGeoFeee.com website. Creating messages could incur charges based on the category selected
  • Geofencing – the use of GPS or RFID technology to create a virtual geographic boundary, enabling software to trigger a response when a mobile device enters or leaves a particular area

Geo-Message Categories

Message Categories will be administered solely by Flywithgeorge Inc. and will be clearly named as to indicate whether they will contain information created by Third Party Advertisers or otherwise. Each message category has specific parameters including maximum size of the geo-fenced area as well as maximum time duration allowed for the posting.

How to Use

  1. Download the GoGeoFeee APP from the appropriate Google or Apple Playstores. Downloading is FREE.
  2. Register to become a Listener. Please mention your referral code if available.
  3. Select / Deselect the categories from which you'd like to receive Geo-Messages
  4. To create Geo-Messages as an Author, login to the GoGeoFeee.com website using the same credentials as the APP. Note: Creating Geo-Messages may incur charges.

Geo-Message Requirements

All authors, regardless of their intent to send messages of a personal nature or those utilizing the service as a third party advertiser, are subject to complying with our approval/moderation process which will ensure the following:

  • Message subject will be clear, concise and non-deceptive
  • Message category will be appropriate for the message content
  • Message must not contain vulgar or inappropriate language or content
  • Messages must comply with our CAN-SPAM requirements documented below

How to OPT-OUT

To cease listening to a particular category, simply deselect that category from your Settings panel. This action will be effective immediately. Messages previously received for the de-selected category will remain in your inbox until expired and/or deleted, but no new messages for the de-selected category will be received.

To cancel the service, please log-out and remove the APP from your mobile device. Your credentials will not be used or sold for any purpose outside of this service. This action will terminate your subscription immediately.

Refunds

No refunds are offered for Geo-Messages created and paid for based on the nature of the technology and limitations of the intended audience based on GPS coverage and location services available.

Our Right of Refusal

During our Geo-Message approval process, we may elect to disapprove the attempt based on incorrect category classification, vulgar language or inappropriate content. You will not be charged unless the content is approved.

Under no circumstance shall we have any liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of our application or reliance on any information provided. Your use of the application and reliance on any information is solely at your own risk.

The company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information in the posts or advertisements, and it is not liable for any inaccuracies or omissions contained therein.

The company and its owners are not associated in any way with the third-party users, and no agency relationship exists between them. All advertisers and third parties are solely responsible for the content they post, including ensuring its accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and policies.

Should any posts or advertisements be found inaccurate or against the company's policies, the company retains the right to remove such posts or advertisements and will comply, to the extent necessary, with all local and federal authorities under all applicable laws.

Your requests to OPT-OUT or cancel your subscription will be handled immediately, as documented here.

To be approved, all message subject lines must be clear, concise, and non-deceptive. The intended Message Category must be appropriate for the message content.

At FLYWITHGEORGE, we want you to know that we respect your privacy, the privacy of our members and the privacy of our customers. This document provides information regarding our policy as it relates to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. It also outlines our customer's rights to limit the collection use or disclosure of personal information.

Personal information may include your name, email, mailing and/or business address, phone numbers, or other information that identifies you personally. We at FLYWITHGEORGE hold this personal information seriously and we maintain this information in the strictest of confidence. We do not sell any information to any third party. We also maintain a secured web site on all pages that require you to provide any personal information. This policy applies to users of FLYWITHGEORGE services anywhere in the world.

The practices described in this policy are subject to applicable laws in the places in which we operate. This means that we only engage in the practices described in this policy in a particular country or region if permitted under the laws of those places.

By using the Website and/or the Services and providing us with Personal Information you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and to the updates to these policies posted here from time to time.

1. Definition of Personal Information

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, household, or device.

2. California “Shine the Light” Law / Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits consumers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the categories of personal information, if any, that we disclosed in the preceding calendar year to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, contact us as provided in the “Contact Us” section below.

We may have collected Personal Information in the following categories from consumers within the last twelve (12) months:

FLYWITHGEORGE collects information at two different stages. First, we collect anonymous aggregate information (such as domain name or IP address) from all visitors. This type of information is never linked to personally identifiable information and is only used in the aggregate for statistical reports. Second, we require submission of certain personally identifiable information when you use services available on the site.

4. Sources of Personal Information

We obtain Personal Information from:

  • Directly from you: During account registration, forms you complete, subscriptions you purchase
  • Indirectly from you: From observing your actions on our Website
  • From third parties: Social networking providers, advertising companies, affiliates and service providers
  • From publicly available sources: Online database searches

5. Use and Disclosure (“Sale”) of Personal Information

The CCPA uses an expanded definition of “sell” which means: selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating a consumer's personal information to a third party for valuable consideration.

When we disclose that we may have sold Personal Information, it means that we may have received some kind of benefit in return for sharing Personal Information, but not necessarily received any money in exchange.

We may use or disclose Personal Information for business purposes including:

  • Auditing Interactions: Monitoring traffic, counting ad impressions, auditing compliance
  • Security: Maintaining safety and security, preventing fraud, detecting security breaches

(b) Right to Request Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions.

Exercising Your Rights

To exercise these rights, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us through the contact information provided below. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.

Response Timing

We use good faith efforts to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days after receipt. If we need more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide different levels of quality.

9. Do Not Sell My Personal Information

The CCPA requires businesses to provide a web page where consumers can opt out of the “sale” of their Personal Information. You may also opt out of certain interest-based advertising through the NAI Opt-out tool at optout.networkadvertising.org or by visiting About Ads.

10. What Do We Use Your Information For?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used to:

  • Personalize your experience
  • Improve our website
  • Improve customer service
  • Perform internal operations necessary to provide our services
  • Verify your identity
  • Process transactions
  • Administer contests, promotions, surveys
  • Send periodic emails
  • Legal proceedings and requirements

11. How Do We Protect Your Information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights.

If you register with us, your online account information is protected by a password chosen by you. The site does not store plaintext or encrypted passwords – we use password hashes which cannot reveal your human-readable password if compromised.

12. Do We Use Cookies?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser that enables sites to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We use cookies to authenticate users, help us remember and process items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits, keep track of advertisements, and compile aggregate data about site traffic. Session data expires and is destroyed after 1 hour of inactivity or is destroyed at log out.

13. California Do Not Track Disclosures

We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals or other browser or device based mechanisms that provide a method to opt out of the collection of information across networks. However, we do provide consumers with the ability to manage their cookie choices.

14. Do We Disclose Any Information to Outside Parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

15. Third Party Links

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

16. Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose personal information:

  • As required by law: To comply with legal process or protect rights
  • At your request: When you share information with others
  • With general public: When you submit content to public forums
  • With subsidiaries and affiliates: To help provide services

17. Fair Information Practices Principles

The Fair Information Practices Principles (FIPP) form the backbone of privacy law in the United States. In order to be in line with FIPP, should a data breach occur, we will notify you via email within 7 days.

18. CAN-SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act sets rules for commercial email. To be in accordance with CAN-SPAM, we agree to:

  • Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses
  • Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way
  • Include the physical address of our business
  • Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance
  • Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly
  • Allow users to unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of each email

19. Information Retention and Deletion

FLYWITHGEORGE retains user profile and other information for as long as you maintain your account. We retain transaction, location, usage and other information for 7 years in connection with regulatory, tax, insurance or other requirements. Thereafter, we delete or anonymize such information in accordance with applicable laws.

Users may request deletion of their accounts at any time by emailing info@flywithgeorge.com. Following such request, we delete the information that we are not required to retain.

20. Business Transfers

In the event FLYWITHGEORGE goes through a business transition or transfer, our users' personal information may be part of the assets transferred. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

21. California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent. All users may make changes to their information at any time by logging into their control panel and going to the 'Edit Profile' page.

22. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

These Websites are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16.

In accordance with the provisions of the Children's Online Privacy Act, in the event that we do begin collecting any Personal Information from children under the age of 13, we will notify parents first and seek parental or guardian consent. A parent may review and have deleted their child's Personal Information by contacting us.

22.2 Grounds for Processing (GDPR)

FLYWITHGEORGE processes the personal data of EU users based on one or more of the grounds specified under the GDPR:

  • Necessary for services: User profile and transaction information needed to provide services
  • Vital interests: Processing to protect safety of users or others
  • Legitimate interests: Security, fraud prevention, customer support, research, marketing
